Booster Club fund big step forward with InStat

Head Coach Danny Stewart says he "can't thank the Blaze Booster Club enough" for helping the Genting Casino Coventry Blaze take a "big step forward" by kindly providing the funds for his team to gain access to InStat.

By being able to use the system, Danny, assistant Keeno, and most importantly the Blaze players will be able to use the data to analyse their individual and team performance at a far more advanced level, and quicker than ever before.

InStat uses video to register game events, meaning the data recorded is as accurate as possible. The reporting system allows for multiple advanced analyses which can be found on the InStat website:

The InStat platform is used by teams from the NHL, KHL, AHL, OHL and other leagues around the world and will be a pivotal tool used by the Blaze over the 2021/22 season and beyond.

Head Coach Danny Stewart said, "It’s a big step for our club. I can’t thank the booster club enough. Not only does this provide us with more detailed information, it also provides the players with more information, quicker access to video, their own shifts, and situational events within a game. It saves the coaching staff hours of video as well. The coaching staff in the UK are smaller than most of the leagues in Europe, therefore these tools are a huge help."

The Booster Club is run by the fans, for the fans and is just £1 per-week to join or £4.33 per-month. All money raised helps the Blaze invest in significant advancements such as InStat - and you will have the chance to win fantastic Blaze prizes every month.
