In the second episode of 'Inside Out', Jono Bullard is joined by Genting Casino Coventry Blaze forward Barry Almeida.

The 28-year-old Amercian looks back over his NCAA junior career with Boston College, being signed in the AHL and winning the ECHL's Kelly Cup with Reading Royals in his pro-season.

Almedia also discusses his decision to sign with the Blaze, and playing with cousin T.J. Syner.
