Swedish forward Robin Bergman, who picked up the January award lead the team for points over the 9 games of February (5 goals, 6 assists = 11 points).

Bergman who also registered in the shoot-out most recently vs. the Storm, was closely followed by T.J.Syner (3+7 = 10) and Barry Almedia (5+3 = 8), both American’s scoring highlight reel goals this month too (Almeida vs. Cardiff, Syner vs. Manchester).

Brett Robinson (1+6) and Matt Marquardt (3+4), also both scorers in the shoot-out against the Storm, have each contributed 7 points, whilst Marc Cantin had a productive month from the blue-line (2+3 = 5).

Looking away from the point-scoring charts, Russ Cowley continues to play an important role for the team, killing-penalties alongside the likes of Ross Venus and Liam Stewart whilst covering consistently on defence when required.

Garrett Klotz carried on making an impact in his debut Elite League season, in February going up against Dallas Ehrhardt of Manchester, Gui Desbiens of Sheffield and Jaroslav Hertl of Edinburgh Capitals.

In net Brian Stewart registered 4 wins, picking up 3 Man of the Match awards and in doing so the Canadian has set a new Coventry record for most Man of the Match awards in home games of a single season. He’s also now just the second Blaze player after Jody Lehman to win 10 or more Man of the Match awards in three different Coventry Blaze Elite League seasons.
