Stewart enjoys "special moment" in GB win
Forward Liam Stewart, who is appearing in his first World Championship's for Team Great Britain says scoring his first senior goal in a 5-1 victory over Estonia was a "really special moment".
The strike helped GB make it two wins from two following Sunday's 4-2 win over Croatia.
"It felt pretty good to get that one in the second period," said Stewart.
The 22-year-old says the experience in Belfast so far and the bond in the dressing room is one he is particularly enjoying.
"It is a veteran group and they are really welcoming," commented Liam.
"It is a good group of guys and the bond in the room is awesome."
There are no games in the tournament today but GB will train this afternoon, before taking on Lithuania tomorrow at 7:30pm.
"We have many positives to take from the game against Estonia and we now need to build on them for Lithuania," said Stewart.
"If we play our best and do what we need to do, then we will be OK.”
